Mountains & Valleys is the creative/ collaborative outpourings of several folks led by Merritt Harris, who started playing music at a young age, both leading bands and supporting several bands as drummer and bassist. After a series of other musical projects, he decided to form a collective to explore the sonic possibilities. M&V was born and continues on in the spirit of collaboration.
